Health and Nutrition

Meets at 3:30 PM the second Monday of every other month from September through May.  We select topics to discuss and try to keep updated on the various changes in the health and nutrition fields.

International Cuisine

Members plan, prepare, and enjoy meals of international origin.  Four or five dinners are scheduled at 3 PM on Sundays.
